My wife, Pilar, and I have been frequent attendees of Christ Church since 2008. Padre Guillermo blessed our marriage in 2011. We have both been confirmed in the Anglican Church.
Ours is a “blended” family to which each of us brought a daughter, both now married adults. We are proud of their achievements as professionals. We have four grandchildren.
We came to Christ Church because we find it to be an inclusive and theologically advanced catholic church, traditional yet innovative.
Professionally, I have a firm that acts as commercial representative for various foreign companies, as well as helps companies improve their productivity. I previously had a long career in the health-care industry, including as vice-president for supplier relations in Latin America for the multinational giant that is now IQVIA.
I have a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Universidad de Lima in Perú, a master’s in administration from the Universidad La Salle, and a doctorate in strategic management and policy development from the Universidad Anáhuac del Norte.
Pilar, who has a lot of experience in movie production, has retired and is at home, where she continues to deal with matters involving film royalties.
Pilar and I were both born in Perú, but we are also Mexican citizens.
