Pre-Registration Only
Your attendance at our Parish Annual Meeting at 11:30 a.m. CST is very much needed. Especially the election of new Vestry members and certain proposed changes in our bylaws are vital to our non-religious functioning.
The meeting, including voting by secret ballot, will occur online via the video-conferencing Web site Zoom. You must pre-register to “get in” and vote.
It’s really all easy.
There will be professional simultaneous interpretation between English and Spanish. Our 12:30 p.m. service in Spanish has been re-scheduled to 1 p.m.
Important detail: Only one vote will be permitted per connection to the meeting, so one parishioner in a household might need to be on a smartphone while another is on the computer.
